虎舌红多糖的分离纯化与性质研究

采用水提醇沉法提取虎舌红多糖,经DEAE-C32柱层析分离,Sephadex G-200进一步纯化,得到AⅠ和AⅡ二种虎舌红多糖,Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤法表明,AⅠ组分为均一组分,其相对分子质量为2.76×104,借助气相色谱技术,研究了粗多糖和AⅠ组分的单糖组成.     

ORGANIC CHELATING REAGENT ON REDOX ADSORPTION OF ACTIVATED CARBON FIBER TOWARDS Au^3+

Organic chelating reagent influences upon the redox adsorption of activated carbon fibertowards Au3- were systematically investigated. The experimental results indicated that the presenceof organic chelating reagent on activated carbon fiber strongly affects adsorption capacity ofactivated carbon fiber towards Au3+. The reduction-adsorption amount of Au3+ increased three timesby the presence of 8-quinolinol. Furthermore, The reduction-adsorption amount of Au3+ depended onthe pH value of adsorption and temperature.     

Accelerated Hydrolysis of p-Nitrophenyl Picolinate Catalyzed by Metallomicelle Made from a Novel Macrocyclic Polyamine Copper（Ⅱ） Complex

A copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 of a novel macrocyclic polyamine ligand with hydroxylethyl pendant groups, 4,11-bis（hydroxylethyl）-5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane （L） has been synthesized and characterized. Rate enhancement for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate （PNPP） catalyzed by 1 was studied kinetically under Brij35 micellar condition. For comparision, the catalytic activity of corresponding copper（Ⅱ） complex 2 of non-substituted macrocyclic polyamine ligand, 5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraaza-cyclotetradecane （L＇） toward the hydrolysis of PNPP was also investigated. The results indicate that the macrocyclic polyamine copper（Ⅱ） complex 1 effectively catalyzed the hydrolysis of PNPP, and the pendant ligand hydroxyl group or deprotonated pendant ligand hydroxyl group can act as catalytically active species in the reaction. A ternary Complex kinetic model involving metal ion, ligand and substrate has been proposed, and the results confirmed the reasonability of such kinetic model.     

质谱技术研究儿茶素及儿茶素-锗多聚体特性

采用HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF和MALD I-TOF质谱技术分析儿茶素组成与结构,发现儿茶素中的表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有多聚体特性。有机化学法合成EGCG-Ge4 化合物,并经HPLC进一步分离纯化。红外光谱和质谱技术分析并证实EGCG不仅能形成多聚体,而且还能络合金属锗(包括其他金属离子),成为EGCG-Ge4 和EGCG-Ge4 多聚体。EGCG-Ge4 抑制肺癌细胞生长速率明显高于EGCG,其提高幅度约为30%~40%左右。     

用动态光散射跟踪钙-海藻酸水溶液凝胶化

海藻酸(alginate)是一种天然多糖,是直链键合的β-D-甘露糖醛酸(M)和α-L-古洛糖醛酸(G)的无规嵌段共聚物[1].在海藻酸水溶液中加入钙、铜、锌、铅等二价正离子,能够形成凝胶;其中钙-海藻酸凝胶在细胞输送、组织工程等领域受到人们的关注[2,3].影响海藻酸凝胶化的因素包括海藻酸的分子量和分子量分布、M/G值和序列分布、溶液浓度、正离子种类与浓度等[4,5].     

沐浴海绵Spongia zimocca aubspecles irregularia(Lendenfeld)中的含氮化合物

从沐浴海绵Spongia zimocca aubspecles irregularia(Lendenfeld)分离和处理得到3种含氮化合物,通过波谱法鉴定化学结构,化合物1为新的神经酰胺N-2-(1,3-二羟基-十五烷基)-2′,20′-二十一酰胺,2为神经酰胺(E)-N-2-(1,3-二羟基-4-十八烯基)-十六酰胺,3为醋酸胍.     

不同孔径的介孔碳分子筛对VB12的吸附性质研究

摘要利用SBA-15为模板, 在不同温度下合成了孔径大小在3.7(CMK-3-100)和6-3 nm(CMK-3-150)之间的介孔碳， 以其作为吸附剂, 研究了它们在水溶液中对VB12的吸附作用. 结果表明, CMK-3-130与CMK-3-100和CMK-3-150相比， 表现出对VB12最大的吸附能力(吸附能力为412.5 mg/g), 这是因为它有比较高的有序结构和比较大的孔容.     

喷气燃料中悬浮物有机成分的气相色谱/质谱分析

本文研究了喷气燃料中悬浮物有机成分的分离和定性分析。先通过孔径0.025μm的微孔滤膜过滤分离出喷气燃料中的悬浮物,依次用正己烷和二氯甲烷提取悬浮物中的有机成分,再利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术对悬浮物的正己烷相溶液和二氯甲烷相溶液进行定性分析,共检测出了2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、1,2-二氧芑-3-乙酸,6-十六烷基-3,6-二氢-6-甲氧基-甲基酯、5-甲基-5H-苯并[23-c]咔唑等47种成分,为研究悬浮物的形成机理提供了实验依据。     

Sexing Bovine Embryos Using PCR Amplification of Bovine SRY Sequence

This study analyses the bovine SRY DNA sequence by direct sequencing procedure, followed by the designation of the PCR primers specific for bovine SRY. Using PCR amplification of bovine SRY gene, the embryo sex was determined. The results of the embryo sex identification were confirmed after the embryo transfer and pregnancies.     

硝基苯酚位置异构体的毛细管电泳-方波安培检测研究

在未涂层熔融石英毛细管(45 cm×50μm i.d.)中,以pH=7.9的2 mmol/L磷酸氢二钠 0.4 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠 2 mmol/Lβ-CD为电泳运行液,采用毛细管电泳-方波安培检测法,分离电压为 11 kV,可实现硝基苯酚3个位置异构体在6 min内基线分离检测。方法的检出限为0.2~0.6 mg/L。探讨了电泳运行液的组成、浓度、pH值、β-CD等因素对分离检测效果的影响。
